I've been waiting at least a year for a Sun Shimmer turned Love Wishes or whatever I'm going to get now.. I paid money and pony points, and I want them back if nothing else

On a *positive* note:
 Things are looking good again with my eBay transaction, I heard from *hula*hula* today, and apparently there had been a delay in shipping due to a misinformed mail clerk. My auction win is supposedly back in the mail as of this morning. So hopefully in about a week I'll post here again with some good news! ^_^ Click on me to view my pony wantlist! I still haven't heard a peep from her, i've been emailing her once a week at least and nothing. Is there anyone else that hasn't received there items from the beginning of the year when she first let us know of her divorce? She sent me a tracking number back in april, i checked it out, and there is no such number found, weird. I've given up hope...I guess i've learned my lesson.

I also received my ebay item from her - just a few days ago. It took three weeks to get here but I got it....so she should have time to get back to those of you that are still missing your ponies. Hmm....I am sure she's a nice person but it's not very nice that she's not replying to people. I hope everything with her is alright.

Grrr.....Ok so i have an update now on my pony items...
I finally had given up hope and filed a claim with paypal, i really did not want to do this, but when i am out $109 thats a lot of money. Anyway, i did this, and what do you know i get an email from baddoggies, asking me to remove my claim or she would not be able to send my items. I responded saying that i would remove the claim when i get the items, or she could refund my amount. She also stated that she has been busy, not been able to return emails, nor send out MY specific items. She has no trouble sending out others, recent transactions anyway. She also stated that she would be sending out my package next week. Ya well i think i've heard that one to many times!!!! Am i being a bit harsh??? |

Grrrr.... Ok so i now have an update from the baddoggies regarding my items.....
I really did not want to do this, but i filed a claim with paypal. The amount of $$$$ that i am out is $109, so thats a lot of money just to give up on. So i filed, and what do you know, i get an email from baddoggies. It took coming down to this to finally get her attention. She said that she could not send out my items if i did not remove my claim against her. I said that i would remove it when i received the remainder of my purchase or she could just refund my amount. She also gave me the familiar song and dance that she would be sending out my package next week, she has been too busy to return emails or send stuff out. But from the looks of it, recent transactions have taken place and those buyers are quite pleased with the fast shipping. Anyway, am i being too harsh, should i stick to my guns and procede with paypal? |

No your not being to harsh. Busy or not that is no excuse. Every has things happen, and guess what the earth doesn't stop. I had a death and yet I still managed to get my packages out day or or day after payments were made.
Some people said they have been waiting about a year or so for their items. For one I myself avoided when she placed ponies for sale (even though I would have loved to buy a few) because I knew to avoid. I had my own reasons I won't get into. I would say keep your claim with pay pal until you get your items. Why should you close it, she didn't provide goods. Let her show some good faith and give you your items. Just sad you have to file to ge a response. As you could see she was sending out Ebay packages but to busy to sent out others. Perhaps because ebay was a binding agreement and here at the MLPTP was not. |

Maddypdog-DON'T remove the ebay/Paypal claim. Email her calmly and politely and tell her to send the package, but make sure she has a tracking number. This is to let ebay/paypal know that you did not get your item. If she provides a valid tracking number, then the claim will be cancelled by Paypal. But don't remve it, no matter how long she whines and complains. $109 is a lot to be out of, and it's been a significant amount of time to be waiting.

I bought a MOC some time ago, it came poorly wrapped so it was quite alot of damage to it. She is sending me a pony in return for the damages on the MOC but I have stopped asking her when she is sending it out because I find it a bit pointless

If she's pushed your buttons one too many times and showing so sign of contact or ponies I suggest you file with the internet fraud agency.
I can't remember the link just now but it's in the SCAMMER:Melissa from RI thread--canadians can use it too I believe... dunno-check out the last page or two of that thread. THere is NO excuse for sending ebay items and not trade/TP items. She needed to delay starting those auctions till she had everything else checked off IMHO... --SC |
